Established in 1983 as a local supplier of light-duty industrial maintenance coatings, Polyval® has grown into the largest Canadian manufacturer of polyurethane binders - while continuing to advance the coatings business that built us.

In 1998 we began producing our own polyurethane prepolymers to serve the recycled rubber industry. Twenty-five years on, we supply binders to the rubber molding, rebonded foam and surfacing markets worldwide - guided by a single principle: your project is our project.

Every Polyval polyurethane binder is 100% solids and zero VOC - clean chemistry from the ground up.
Circular by Design
Our binders turn millions of pounds of scrap tires and foam into durable products, diverting waste from landfills and incorporating waste-stream material into our own process.
Coatings That Meet the Standard

Polyflex® PW is NSF-61 approved for potable water tanks, ensuring safe contact with drinking water supplies.
Zero-VOC Formulations
Polyurethane binders are zero VOC by design, and Polyflex® membranes are available as true zero VOC - ideal for confined spaces and sensitive sites.
